To link your bank account, it is best to use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome as your default browser. You can change your default browser in your phone settings.
Android: Settings > Apps > General > Default apps > Browser > Google Chrome
iOS: Settings > Google Chrome > Set to default
If you still cannot connect your bank account after changing your default browser, please uninstall and reinstall the loyalBe app, and try again.
If this does not work, please make sure that loyalBe and your browser are able to open associated links. You can update this in your phone settings:
Android: Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Opening links > Select loyalBe and Chrome, and make sure they have permission to open supported links.
iOS: Settings > Apps and notifications > Default apps > Opening Links > Make sure loyalBe has permission to open supported links
