There are typically two main reasons why your bank account linking might have failed:

1. You are trying to link a credit card or savings account

To solve this, please ensure you are only linking a Current Account to loyalBe.

2. You are not brought back to loyalBe automatically after logging into your banking app

This usually means that your web browser doesn't support redirects*. To solve this please ensure you are using Google Chrome browser as your default browser. See here on how to do this:
