Your pending loyalCoins may not be added to your loyalCoin balance in certain circumstances.

The most common reasons include:

  • Your bank account was disconnected at some point before you actually earned your loyalCoins - you must keep your bank account connected at all times to help us prevent fraudulent activity.

  • You refunded either all or part of your purchase - we cannot give loyalCoins for partially refunded purchases.

  • Your purchase was initially tracked by our system but was ultimately flagged for being a non-qualifying purchase.
